Artist
Kacee is an enthusiastic Artist with Hearts 4 Joy. She takes great pride in creating beautiful hand-painted items with her life-long friend and Creative Leader Kerri and her fellow Artists! Kacee enjoys seeing friends and family who come out to support her and the Artists at Community Pop Up events where she loves to promote Hearts 4 Joy giftware. Kacee also enjoys working at a local café clearing tables during the summer months with one of her Hearts 4 Joy friends and co-worker. It’s a lot of fun and very rewarding! Kacee is the youngest in her family with 2 older brothers, her beautiful sister-in law and 2 adorable nephews. She loves to spend time with her family, cousins and special friends! Kacee also loves to travel, stay in hotels and ‘sleep over’ at her cousin’s cottage. Kacee enjoys taking a leadership role in her Church where she has been altar-serving for over 15 years. Kacee enjoys participating in Special Olympic sports especially playing on the Women’s basketball team, Women’s soccer team, swimming and kayaking. Kacee has had the privilege of competing at the Special Olympic Provincial and National Games. She loves playing baseball on the Peterborough Challenger Baseball team. In 2019 Kacee had the opportunity to play at the Little League World Series Challengers Baseball Game in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. At home, Kacee loves to work on art projects, research, write inspirational letters, listen to music and play the guitar. Kacee is best known for her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and BIG hugs!
